Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days. You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order ships. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 1-2 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

All international orders are shipped delivery duties paid (DDP).   

 

Please allow:

• 1-3 working days for HK shipment
• 5-10 working days for International shipments

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Items returned within 30 days of their original shipment date in same as new condition will be eligible for a full refund or store credit.  If Free Shipping has been provided, there will be a restocking fee depending upon region: HK$55.00 for domestic and HK$200.00 for international.
