SHIPPING

Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days. You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order ships. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 1-2 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

All international orders are shipped delivery duties unpaid (DDU). Customs, duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. When you place an international order, you agree to pay any applicable customs, duties, or taxes imposed by your country.

All Hong Kong orders are shipped with SF Express.  

All International orders are shipped with Hong Kong Post.

Please allow:

• 1-3 working days for local HK shipment
• 7-14 working days for International shipment

*Shipping rates on even # of units is cheaper through HK Post. (ie. 2,4,6,8).

**Flat Shipping of HKD35 for Japan, South Korea, Singapore, and Mainland China.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Items returned within 30 days of their original shipment date in same as new condition will be eligible for a full refund or store credit.  If Free Shipping has been provided, there will be a restocking fee depending upon region: HK$‌55.00 for domestic and HK$‌200.00 for international.
